This song is dedicated to what I imagine caused the moment during bridge of The Beach Boys' (or let's be real, Brian Wilson's) "God Only Knows", consistently one of my favorite songs since around the time I was born. I'm talking very specifically, the cringe of Mike Love's vocals coming in.

It's hard to imagine them not being there, and I suppose the juxtaposition helped contribute to the song being the massive timeless classic and overall masterpiece that it is. Still, I wanted to acknowledge and recreate the stark interruption of having "BA BA BA BAP-BA, BA" come in an unsolicited manner, and this instrumental I recorded did the trick as far as providing a vehicle for it.
